Various terrace areas connect the eastern part of the house with the slightly lower pool area.
The Courtyard. The connection to the apartment.
The courtyard is bordered by the southern wing, the non-rented studio, and smaller utility buildings to the east, where the stables used to be. There is also a stone oven, though its use is recommended only outside the summer months due to fire hazards.
To the West. Poplars and flatlands.
The flat property to the west offers breathtaking views of the sunset. Surrounded by poplar and eucalyptus trees, it is perfect for a game of bocce or as a training area for golfers.
