Finca Alzinar
A Hidden Gem Surrounded by Nature
The Finca Artà Alzinar
Alzinar is an old estate located in a nature reserve between the villages of Artà, Son Servera, and Sant Llorenç. The finca comprises 10 hectares of forest and an additional 10 hectares of untouched land. To the north lies the estate Son Cardaix, while to the west are the lands of another historic estate, S'Auma. The southern area ascends to the Coll d'Artà mountains, a challenge for cyclists in summer. To the east, Alzinar overlooks a vast valley stretching to the Canyamel coast.
West
The western area of the finca is flat, featuring poplar and eucalyptus trees. It offers stunning sunset views.
North
The northern part of the estate is characterized by large rocks, dense oak forests, and natural beauty.
South
The southern section includes the apartment and, further away, the New House. The apartment, suitable for up to four additional guests, can be booked for non-tourist stays. The New House is the residence of Jochen Strunk, who maintains the property, manages repairs, and provides tips about the surrounding area.
East
The valley to the east begins with Alzinar itself. From the house, the land deepens into a valley that stretches to the mountains of Canyamel. The pool area offers panoramic views of this vast landscape.
